Is being on holidays the perfect excuse for not cooking...? Not for me! I can't stay away from the kitchen too much! š I do enjoy and love cooking!
I made this quick and easy pasta with some Gorgonzola cheese platter leftovers šš§ I took some walnuts from the snacks bag (we always bring roasted nuts and cereal bars for our roadtrips). I also had half a can of thickened cream I bought to make the topping of a small pavlova for Christmas.
The Spaghetti? We usually bring a pack with us along with some pantry staples for our roadtrips (salt, pepper, olive oil, nuts, pasta, tomato sauce, tuna cans, cookies, others as available)
